Biography:
After 37 successful years working in the coal industry, Mr. Olsen retired in June 2007.  He was a Mine Manager for 27 of those years at the Soldier Creek and Dugout Canyon Mines.  He is currently the Vice President of BODEC Inc. & Electrical Industrial Construction Firm.  He obtained a BS Degree from Utah State University in Industrial Engineering.  Rick serves as a member of the Western Energy Training Center Board of Directors. He and his wife currently reside in Helper, Utah.

Biography:
Jerry was a coal miner for Kaiser Steel, in East Carbon, Utah and U.S. Fuel in Hiawatha, Utah. He received an Honorary Doctorate degree from the College of Eastern Utah and also attended Weber State University. He owns several local businesses, including Price Mine Service which has expanded to other areas in Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming. He also owns and operates Castle Valley Service. Jerry is a member of several community boards including the College of Eastern Utah Board of Trustees and the Western Energy Training Center. He and his wife, Patty, live in Price, Utah and have five children and twelve grandchildren.

Biography:
Deb has spent her entire life in the Carbon/Emery County area. She attended schools in Carbon County and graduated from the College of Eastern Utah. She has been employed by Rocky Mountain Power for over 30 years, holding various positions in dealing with customer service. Her current position brings her into contact with many community, business, industrial and political entities in Carbon, Emery, Grand, and San Juan Counties. As an active member of the community, Deb has previously or currently serves on many community boards including the Western Energy Training Center. She and her husband Russ have two children and reside in Price, Utah.

Biography:

Alexander H. Walker III is the Chairman of the Board of America West Resources, Inc. and the President of Hidden Splendor Resources, Inc.  America West Resources is an energy company which focuses on coal-related energy interests and owns and operates coal-producing properties in the western United States.  Hidden Splendor Resources, a subsidiary of America West, owns and operates the Horizon Mine, a coal mine located in Carbon County, Utah.   Alex is also an attorney and member of the Utah Bar Association and the Nevada Bar Association.  His law practice has been focused primarily in the areas of general business litigation and securities.  Alex serves as a member of the board of directors of the South East Utah Energy Producers Association. He is aslo chairman of the board of directors of the Western Energy Training Center.

Mr. Quigley was raised in Eureka, Utah.  He is a 4th generation Utah Miner.  Currently, he is Director of Business Development at Intermountain Electronics in Price, Utah.  He and his wife Colleen reside in Price, Utah.

Steven D. Burge

Biography:
Mr. Burge is a native of Price, Utah.   He is a graduate of the College of Eastern Utah (CEU) and the University of Utah, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and a Juris Doctor from the School of Law.   Steve has a strong background in business/industry, education, and government and has served on many boards.  He practiced general law for over ten years and worked as a professor at CEU for about seven years.  Steve was a Carbon County Commissioner and served as the initial director of the Western Energy Training Center.  He currently resides in Draper, Utah and works with Savage Services as the Director of Safety for the Mountain Region.  He and his wife, Denette, have four children.

Jim Felton joined Bill Barrett Corporation as a landman when the Company was formed in 2001.  He was later named Investor Relations Manager when Bill Barrett Corporation went public in December of 2004. After helping get Bill Barrett Corp. listed on the New York Stock Exchange, he was named the Company’s Communications Manager to assist with business development and governmental and regulatory affairs. Mr. Felton earned his MBA from Denver University and works at Bill Barrett Corporation’s main office in Denver, Colorado.
